Kyle Goldsworthy

Senior Associate

Kyle first joined Tolis & Co Lawyers in January 2023 as a Senior Associate in our Family Law team.

After being admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia, Kyle commenced his legal practice in a fast-paced law firm, where he focused primarily in the areas of Family Law and Care & Protection.

During his time in practice, Kyle has obtained valuable insight into the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia’s approach to parenting matters and what the Court considers to be in the best interests of the child, particularly when managing risk factors such as family violence and illicit drug use.

In October 2023, Kyle commenced a position as a Children’s Representative at the Legal Services Commission of South Australia where he fiercely advocated for children subject to Care & Protection Applications in the Adelaide Youth Court, including as Counsel in Trials relating to Long-Term Guardianship and Transfer of Guardianship proceedings.

Kyle returned to Tolis & Co in July 2025 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and exceptional advocacy skills. While Children’s Issues are his passion, Kyle assists our clients in navigating Property Settlement and Financial matters swiftly and effectively.

Kyle’s empathetic approach to matters and his practical knowledge of Family Law processes empower him to provide tailored advice to our Family Law clients.

Kyle has appeared as Counsel and instructing Solicitor in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, as well as Adelaide’s Magistrates Courts, District Court, and Youth Court.
